Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- 3+ years in home-care or healthcare management
- Knowledge of AHCA and HIPAA compliance
- Skilled in EMR and scheduling platforms
- Strong communication and leadership

- Bachelor's in Nursing or Healthcare Admin
- Startup or franchise management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and supervision of caregivers and office staff.
- Maintain compliance with AHCA, OSHA, and Always Best Care standards.
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee service delivery and care quality.
- Manage recruitment, training, and retention strategies for caregivers.
- Oversee payroll coordination and ensure operational accuracy.
- Track KPIs for utilization, client satisfaction, and labor efficiency.
- Represent the company at community and partner meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with the CEO to implement strategic growth and service initiatives.
