As Director of Primary Care, you’ll own a geographic region end-to-end — its performance, its people, and its potential. You’ll drive the transition to value-based care, lead a diverse team of clinic managers and providers, and create care experiences that patients remember for all the right reasons. You’ll have real authority and real accountability: full P&L ownership, a seat at the strategic table, and the autonomy to design regional initiatives that move the needle. Compensation This position offers a salary of $140k+ annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation reflects the candidate’s background, qualifications, and alignment with the scope of the role. Minimum Experience 5+ years managing employees in a clinic setting or equivalent; proven track record of leading teams through change and organizational development. Requirements
