The CEO previously founded and scaled one of the nation’s top independent real estate brokerages before leading the growth of Realty ONE Group MVP across Florida. Now he’s ready to fully step into the Visionary seat and focus on growth, brand, relationships, and long-term strategy. He needs an Integrator who can take the vision and turn it into execution across every part of the business. This is a rare seat and not a maintenance role, but a build role inside an established platform with real scale, infrastructure, and leadership support.
