About The Position

This individual will manage the food service operation and maintain established costs and quality standards in order to ensure superior service and maximize profits. CulinArt Group operates over 250 onsite corporate, higher education, private school, healthcare and destination recreation/leisure dining facilities in 18 states, including cafés, coffee bars, concessions, executive dining, catering and conference dining, social catering/special events, office coffee service and vending. Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills
Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff
Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinates the tasks of the Assistant Directors and Operations Managers
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the department
Establishes work standards and work flow
Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations
Directs and conducts safety, sanitation and community maintenance programs
Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and client as well as other departments within the operation
Performs other duties as assigned
