A growing homecare organization is seeking a strong Director of Operations to help lead day-to-day operations and support the company through its next phase of growth. This is not a task-based role. Leadership is looking for someone with a true ownership mentality — someone who thinks like an operator, takes responsibility for outcomes, and approaches the business as if they are opening the lights in the morning and closing them at night. The right candidate must come with homecare experience and understand the pace, pressure, and realities of operating in this space.

Requirements

• Prior homecare experience is required
• Strong operations background with ability to run day-to-day business functions
• Highly organized and systems-oriented
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability
• Strong communicator with leadership presence
