Performance Contracting Group is building the operating infrastructure for its next era of growth. The Director of Operational Transformation is responsible for advancing this work with speed, discipline, and measurable outcomes. This role owns the full lifecycle of operational change; defining needs, implementing platforms, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term sustainability of tools and processes. This is a newly created, director-level position reporting to the EVP. The role is designed for a senior operations leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate understands how change moves through a field-based organization and can ensure adoption at scale. This individual will chair the Operations Change Committee, lead a team of Program Managers, and serve as the primary bridge between operations leadership and the platforms, tools, and processes that support the business.
