ADP is seeking a Director of Onboarding, Knowledge & Learning to lead the strategy, integration, and execution of a unified internal talent readiness ecosystem across ADP Comprehensive Services. This role encompasses onboarding, coaching, continuous learning, and knowledge management, aiming to ensure associates can perform, grow, and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment. The position is critical in shaping how ADP enables its talent at scale, accelerating readiness, strengthening expertise, and building a knowledge foundation to support AI-driven tools, automation, and future innovation. As a leader-of-leaders, this role will oversee approximately 3 direct people leaders and 4 individual contributors, managing a broader organization of 30+ associates. The objective is to build a high-performing, aligned organization with clear ownership, strong accountability, and measurable outcomes.
