About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Director of Nutrition Services for the Ridgecrest Region. The role oversees day-to-day operations for a dining account and leads a team of associates. The director manages client relations and ensures that food offered to customers is of superior quality. Responsibilities also include managing account profit and loss and budgeting, working with the chef and management team on menus and food quality, and rolling out new culinary programs. Requirements

Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
High-volume production and catering experience.
Previous experience managing a budget.
Desire to learn and grow with a foodservice company.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or culinary studies is preferred.
