Requirements

• Must have and maintain throughout employment a Registered Nursing license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Caring & compassionate attitude for others
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to connect with residents, families, and coworkers
• Strong ability to problem solve and communicate complex issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Nursing experience (assisted living, elderly care, long term care, and/or memory care)

Responsibilities

• Organizing, directing, and overseeing the care of residents in compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Providing the best resident care and outcomes.
