About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) | RN to administer and manage Nursing Services for residents, ensuring care aligns with physician orders and resident needs. This role involves 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services, directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards, and assuming responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator. The company emphasizes a culture of learning and mentorship for its Nurse Leaders.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing.
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
- A fire and passion for working with seniors.
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
Responsibilities
