About The Position
Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations at its facility in Roosevelt, Utah. The role provides clinical leadership and support to nursing leaders and staff, with a focus on quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care. The Director of Nursing partners with the Administrator on clinical and operational goals and helps foster accountability, teamwork, and excellence. An annual bonus opportunity is offered. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Long-term care experience preferred; three years is ideal.
