About The Position
Bay Harbor of River Falls is seeking a Director of Nursing (LPN) to guide their care team and support exceptional, resident-centered services in their senior living community. This role involves shaping clinical care, leading and supporting nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and monitoring clinical outcomes. The position includes an on-call rotation for clinical operations support.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of RCAC rules and compliance regulations
- Ability to produce a negative drug test
- Ability to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all nursing services to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Wisconsin RCAC regulations, state guidelines, and company policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and leadership to support resident care plans
- Monitor clinical outcomes, address concerns proactively, and drive continuous quality improvement
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support clinical operations
