About The Position

Our Director of Nursing leads Personal Care and Health Services programs, ensuring high-quality care that meets resident needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role provides clinical oversight, guidance, and support to Personal Care team members. The Director of Nursing develops, updates, and communicates clinical policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This position collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and ensure support plans are effectively implemented. The role also oversees medication management and the new resident admission process, including assessments, family communication, and care coordination. Additionally, the Director of Nursing builds strong relationships with residents and families, addresses concerns, and provides ongoing education and training to support quality care and professional development.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatric care, including two (2) years’ experience as a Charge Nurse in geriatric care with progressive experience in an administrative and supervisory capacity preferred.
Active LPN license valid in the state of PA.
Current CPR Certification.
Ability to lead a team of nurses/caregivers in providing quality services.

Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living / Personal Care preferred.
