About The Position

The Director of Nursing is directly responsible for overseeing Manor services and Manor staff, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance of laws and regulations are followed, managing budgets, assessing staff needs, hiring, termination, promotion, performance, designing and implementing training programs, reviewing and creating HR Policies, and developing compensation plans for over 200 employees.
