Director of Nursing | DON | RN
About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) | RN to administer and manage Nursing Services for residents. This role involves ensuring services are provided in accordance with physician orders and meeting the total needs of the residents. The DON is responsible for the 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services, directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care, and assuming responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator. Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing.
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
