Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Oregon)
- Minimum 3 years of nurse leadership experience, preferably in skilled nursing
- Strong knowledge of restorative and long-term care practices
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- BSN preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Nursing Services Department
- Develop individualized care plans based on resident assessments
- Oversee clinical staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Inspire, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
