About The Position

Volare Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at our skilled nursing facility Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing leadership experience
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in the Skilled nursing setting
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative, restorative, and long-term care practices
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Nursing Services Department
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Manage department budgets including staffing, equipment, and supplies
• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Respond efficiently in urgent and emergency situations
• Other duties as assigned
