About The Position
The Director of Nursing plays a key leadership role in the delivery of clinical services. The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and manages administrative and regulatory responsibilities.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of two years’ clinical experience in geriatric care coupled with a minimum of one year experience as a departmental manager in the AL or SNF setting.
- Prior Director of Nursing experience preferred.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Must be able to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
