About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking health care rockstars to join their team as a Director of Nursing. This role is responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders and the total needs of the residents. The Director of Nursing will also be responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the absence of the Administrator, the Director of Nursing will assume responsibility for center operations.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing.
  • Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
  • Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required.
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
