About The Position
Aviata Health Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at Aviata at Evans, a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Fort Myers, Florida. The role calls for an RN leader who can build high-performing teams, ensure regulatory excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, respect, and resident-centered care. The Director of Nursing provides strategic clinical leadership and oversight, supports regulatory compliance and survey readiness, develops nursing staff, and leads quality improvement efforts. Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Proven leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing as a Director of Nursing.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
