About The Position

The Director of Nursing (DON) at Trilogy Health Services’ Health Campuses oversees residents’ health concerns and manages the Nursing Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. The DON ensures quality care under the guidance of the Executive Director/Administrator and the Medical Director. The role leads the clinical team with a focus on clinical and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Associate degree or advanced degree in Nursing.
• Current, valid state RN license that must be maintained.
• Current, valid CPR certification that must be maintained.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department, including its programs and activities, in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the Health Campus.
• Lead the clinical team with a focus on clinical and customer service excellence.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing service department, and execute action plans to correct identified deficiencies.
• Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing the Health Campus.
