About The Position

Wildwood Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting an experienced, compassionate RN to lead its nursing team as Director of Nursing. The role administers and coordinates clinical services and programs for residents, directly supervises nurses as nurse manager, and is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Five years of clinical management experience; preferably in a long-term care environment.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care administration.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate well with employees and families about their issues.
• Maintain CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Director of Nursing experience is highly preferred.
