About The Position
Do what you love, and be surrounded by people who share your passion! Join our team as our director of nursing and help make a difference. As our director of nursing, you will be mentored by our Vice President of Clinical Services and supported by our nurse leadership team, while you direct the clinical services and programs for our 118 bed skilled nursing facility.
Requirements
- current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
- knowledge of State and Federal regulations
Responsibilities
- working collaboratively to lead all clinical services for the facility
- developing and implementing nursing practices to ensure high quality care
- overseeing regulatory compliance, including patient care and resident rights, nursing practices, staffing and employee development, and budget
