Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Must be eligible for California endorsement).
  • 3+ years of experience as a DON, ADON, or Resident Care Manager in Senior Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing.
  • Deep knowledge of State/Federal regulations and a track record of successful surveys.
  • Polished leadership presence with the ability to build rapport with affluent families and medical professionals.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced Silicon Valley environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment and admission process, ensuring individualized service plans (ISPs) reflect the highest level of person-centered care.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing nursing team; foster a culture of accountability and professional pride.
  • Collaborate with elite medical partners, pharmacies, and specialists to provide a seamless health experience for residents.
  • Drive the community's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to maintain a "deficiency-free" standard.
  • Manage the clinical budget, including staffing ratios, labor costs, and medical supply inventory.
