About The Position
Recruit Secure is proud to partner with a large, well-established, highly rated Skilled Nursing Facility (200+ + beds) in Eastern Long Island (Quogue) area in the search for a seasoned and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to join their leadership team. Requirements
- Must have several years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- A proven track record of nursing team development and mentorship.
- In-depth understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Active NY RN license
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the overall quality of care throughout the facility.
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team-oriented nursing staff.
- Ensuring full compliance with Federal, State, and Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
- Fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment with the backing of a strong and experienced management team.
