About The Position
We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our skilled nursing facility in Lima, Ohio. This is a full-time leadership role where you'll guide and support a strong clinical team committed to providing the highest level of resident care.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for quality care and team development
Responsibilities
- Oversee the nursing department and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence and teamwork
- Partner with facility leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure the delivery of person-centered care and strong clinical outcomes
