About The Position
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Director of Nursing is accountable for the medical leadership and oversight, collaborative administration, and clinical direction of the Residential Nursing Department. The selected candidate will need to complete medical assessments and education, ensure nursing procedures are operationalized, and provide administrative support. Additional duties include leading a positive change management culture, teaching, client engagement, care coordination, and interdepartmental relations. This is an on-call position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Five years of relevant experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
