About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) who views nursing as an art form. You are someone who understands that a perfectly managed medication regimen is the baseline, but the real magic happens when a resident feels empowered, dignified, and truly at home. Work in a community designed with intention—featuring natural light, advanced air filtration, and sensory-focused architecture that reduces resident agitation and promotes calm. Our staffing ratios allow you to actually know your residents. You won’t be managing a facility; you’ll be leading a household. We get to know our residents’ life stories before they even move in. Your role is to ensure their clinical care plan weaves seamlessly into their personal preferences.

Requirements

Active RN License (BSN preferred).
Proven leadership in Assisted Living or Memory Care, with a deep understanding of state regulations and compliance.
You are a "Working Director." You love being on the floor, mentoring your team, and observing the nuances of resident well-being.
You have a "concierge" mindset—you understand that excellence is found in the small things, from the scent of the air to the way a morning greeting is delivered.

Responsibilities

Oversee all nursing operations with an uncompromising eye for detail, ensuring "The Moments" of daily life are supported by rigorous clinical safety.
Lead a team of CNA’s and nurses who are trained in advanced dementia communication and sensory-based engagement.
Act as a sophisticated liaison for families, providing them with clinical peace of mind through transparent, high-touch communication.
Implement state-of-the-art health technology (from acoustic monitoring to circadian lighting) to enhance resident outcomes without the "institutional" feel.
