About The Position

Suite Living Hospice Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate hospice RN leader to join our growing team as Director of Clinical Services (DCS). This is an opportunity to lead a collaborative hospice team while remaining meaningfully connected to patient care. Unlike larger healthcare systems, our leaders have the ability to directly influence clinical quality, team culture, operational improvements, and patient outcomes without layers of corporate bureaucracy. We are looking for a hospice leader who is passionate about supporting clinicians, driving quality care, mentoring teams, and building strong relationships with patients and families throughout the Twin Cities metro. The Director of Clinical Services oversees day-to-day clinical operations for our hospice program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care. This role provides leadership and support to hospice clinicians while partnering closely with operations and executive leadership on strategic growth, quality initiatives, compliance, staffing, and patient care outcomes. The DCS maintains a small hospice caseload (approximately 4–5 patients) to remain actively engaged with patients, families, and frontline team needs.
