Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
  • Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • 3 years of Women's service experience strongly preferred.

  • Strategically design and execute cutting-edge departmental goals that elevate healthcare standards while aligning with medical, legal, and ethical frameworks.
  • Oversee the heartbeat of clinical operations—from crafting personalized patient care plans and conducting assessments to driving continuous service elevation and resolving complex challenges.
  • Empower and grow your team by leading the full talent lifecycle, including strategic hiring, inspiring orientations, performance evaluations, and exciting continuing education initiatives. Inspire a dedicated nursing team to clinical excellence.
  • Take ownership of the financial and structural health of your unit by masterfully managing budgets, optimizing allocated funds, and confidently leading internal and external audits.
