About The Position

This role involves shaping the vision for departmental goals, championing clinical excellence by overseeing patient care plans and assessments, building and cultivating talent through leadership of the full talent lifecycle, and driving operational success by managing budgets and leading audits. The position is full-time, days, and eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Requirements

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
5 years of experience required.
2 years of leadership or management experience required.

Nice To Haves

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
10 years of experience preferred.
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
3 years of Women's service experience strongly preferred.
