About The Position

Wise Foods is seeking a Director of National Accounts – Direct to lead and grow strategic direct customer relationships as part of the company's redesigned channel-focused account management model. This is a newly designed national role focused on direct-channel customer strategy, planning, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of national account management experience.
  • Experience managing direct-channel or strategic accounts preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree and MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national account strategies for direct-channel customers.
  • Lead joint business planning and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Serve as primary senior-level contact for assigned national accounts.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to execute customer plans.
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and execution effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor account management resources supporting direct-channel customers.
