About The Position

Wise Foods is seeking a Director of National Accounts – Direct to lead and grow strategic direct customer relationships as part of the company's redesigned channel-focused account management model. This is a newly designed national role focused on direct-channel customer strategy, planning, and execution. About Wise: Wise Foods Inc. is a leading producer of salty snacks with a long heritage. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of national account management experience.
  • Experience managing direct-channel or strategic accounts preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree and MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • National Account Strategy Develop and execute national account strategies for direct-channel customers.
  • Lead joint business planning and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management Serve as primary senior-level contact for assigned national accounts.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to execute customer plans.
  • Performance Management Monitor sales performance, profitability, and execution effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership Lead and mentor account management resources supporting direct-channel customers.
