Wild Oak Boutique is one of the fastest-growing women’s fashion brands, known for premium denim, strong community engagement, and a data-driven approach to ecommerce. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a strategic leader to help drive product performance, pricing strategy, and merchandising execution across our online channels. The Director of Merchandising & Sales Strategy will oversee product lifecycle performance — from launch planning and pricing to inventory optimization and sell-through strategy. This role works closely with buying, marketing, content, and operations to ensure products are positioned for success while maximizing margins and revenue growth. This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with fashion ecommerce experience.
