About The Position

This strategic leadership role is focused on driving enterprise-wide revenue expansion through innovative cross-sell initiatives. The Director of Growth Strategy will design, operationalize, and scale cross-vertical and multi-product programs, leveraging data-driven insights to unlock new revenue opportunities. Acting as a key connector between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams, this role ensures alignment across business units while defining value propositions, packaging strategies, and success metrics. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution to influence stakeholders, optimize operational processes, and deliver measurable business impact. You will also communicate program results and recommendations to executive leadership, shaping the organization’s growth trajectory and maximizing the lifetime value of existing customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth strategy, revenue strategy, corporate strategy, or related functions.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue expansion initiatives across multiple products or business units.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to identify opportunities and assess impact.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company-wide cross-sell strategy across verticals and product lines to drive incremental revenue.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities within the existing customer base and build business cases for expansion initiatives.
  • Define bundled offerings, packaging strategies, and compelling value propositions to increase adoption and penetration.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure coordinated go-to-market execution.
  • Launch, scale, and iterate cross-sell programs while removing operational friction that may impede performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including attach rate, penetration, and customer lifetime value expansion.
  • Present strategy, progress, and performance insights to executive leadership, making recommendations based on data and results.
