As the Director of Growth Strategy, you’ll build and lead the team responsible for scaling Nourish’s fastest-growing revenue channel. You’ll set channel targets, design the strategy to hit them, and own the systems and processes that make growth scalable, measurable, and durable. Reporting to our Head of Growth Strategy, you'll help shape our patient acquisition engine - deciding how fast we grow, how performance is measured, and how we maintain high execution standards as the team scales. This is a unique opportunity to combine big-picture strategy with hands-on execution at a rapidly scaling startup that's transforming healthcare. This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3+ days per week, with some remote flexibility). Our office is located in Flatiron.
