About The Position
Senior Life Solutions (SLS) is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging. Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC) strives to maintain a culture of kindness and accountability, embracing diversity, inclusion, and team member support. Requirements
- Registered Nurse or bachelor's degree required
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing if applicable
- Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients
- Passion for working with Older Adults

Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA to provide high-quality care to our Older Adult patients as ordered.
- Engage your local community (hospital staff, providers, and community resources) through education, presentations, and one-on-one encounters, informing them of our program's services and the overall importance of mental health.
- Ensure implementation of compliant therapeutic services for patients utilizing the program, and oversee excellent patient care, including intake assessments, fall assessments, and treatment plan development.
