About The Position
Senior Life Solutions (SLS), in partnership with RiverView Health, is seeking a Director of Mental Health Program. PMC (Psychiatric Medical Care) is one of the county's largest Behavioral Health Management companies. Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging. Requirements
- Registered Nurse or bachelor's degree required
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing if applicable
- Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients
- Passion for working with Older Adults

Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA to provide high-quality care to our Older Adult patients as ordered.
- Engage your local community (hospital staff, providers, and community resources) through education, presentations, and one-on-one encounters, informing them of our program's services and the overall importance of mental health.
- Ensure implementation of compliant therapeutic services for patients utilizing the program, and oversee excellent patient care, including intake assessments, fall assessments, and treatment plan development.
