About The Position

Qualified Health is a leading healthcare AI company that partners with health systems to implement AI platforms, aiming to achieve measurable financial and clinical results. Backed by prominent healthcare investors, the company collaborates with major health systems as a strategic partner. This role is crucial for shaping the company's narrative and demonstrating the value of AI to health system CEOs. The position involves producing and distributing content that conveys the company's story, leveraging flagship customers as proof of success, and working closely with Corporate Strategy and AI Transformation teams. The role also requires maintaining competitive intelligence for sales materials, establishing Qualified Health as an authority in healthcare AI through thought leadership and marketing content, and supporting strategic partnerships central to the go-to-market strategy. Reporting to Commercial leadership, the role demands cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively to enhance the quality of commercial outreach.

Requirements

  • Helped scale healthcare technology companies to $50–$100M+, with marketing work tied directly to growth.
  • Deep understanding of how health systems operate.
  • Deep familiarity with the AI landscape and ability to credibly speak to AI's value in complex organizations.
  • Follows the market closely and can separate signal from noise.
  • Exceptional writer and communicator capable of translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
  • Strong ownership mindset: independent with a bias to action.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Experience building commercial or marketing infrastructure from scratch.
  • Naturally curious about markets, competitors, and positioning.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear recommendations.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments where role scope evolves with company growth.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities

  • Set the marketing strategy and operating plan, defining goals, segments, channels, and investments aligned with CEO, Commercial, and Product leadership.
  • Own the marketing budget and resource allocation, making strategic investments and reporting on returns.
  • Establish the marketing operating system, including target accounts, funnel definitions, attribution, dashboards, and the marketing technology stack.
  • Support go-to-market product launches by driving messaging, collateral, and sales enablement.
  • Develop materials that translate platform capabilities into clear business cases for health system leaders.
  • Build executive-ready deliverables for health system senior leadership, board presentations, and C-suite workshops.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence for sales, including battlecards, objection handling, and vendor data.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all external-facing commercial content.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor language, and regulatory changes to refine value proposition and strategic positioning.
  • Develop narratives and positioning frameworks for health system executives navigating AI adoption.
  • Consistently communicate company positioning and messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage the corporate website and digital footprint.
  • Steward the Qualified Health brand, owning visual identity, voice, and ensuring brand excellence.
  • Own the earned media strategy and grow share of voice in healthcare and technology outlets.
  • Manage external communications for major company milestones.
  • Run an analyst relations program and pursue industry awards and speaking opportunities.
  • Develop and manage an executive thought leadership program for founders and senior leaders.
  • Operate a thought-leadership content engine to establish Qualified Health as an authority in healthcare AI.
  • Own the customer-proof pipeline, producing and distributing case studies, white papers, and webinars.
  • Translate complex AI and healthcare concepts into clear content for non-technical executive audiences.
  • Set the events and field strategy, defining success metrics for conferences and events.
  • Build durable partnerships with healthcare organizations, professional societies, and thought leadership platforms.
  • Ensure executive summits, dinners, and convenings reflect company standards and advance relationships.
