About The Position
Marketing Director – Lead Generation & Growth | Madison, WI | Full-Time On-Site Lead. Innovate. Dominate. Ready to join a team of winners and help Storm Guard Roofing & Construction become the gold standard in Madison? We are aggressively growing — targeting 50% annual growth — and we need a Marketing Director who can lead the charge. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing all marketing initiatives, including traditional marketing, face-to-face events, call center campaigns, and lead generation programs. You’ll manage the marketing budget, lead the team, and create strategies that drive measurable growth and out-execute the competition.
Requirements
- Experienced in face-to-face marketing, events, and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strategic thinker who can envision how to scale marketing for rapid growth
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home services or construction is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation
- Lead and manage the entire marketing department, including budget and personnel
- Execute face-to-face marketing programs: events, shows, canvassing, and call center outbound campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing drives revenue growth
- Innovate and scale marketing efforts to match the vision of a company twice our size
