Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance.
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing effectively.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy to enhance the Stylecraft brand and strengthen market presence.
- Create and optimize campaigns to generate qualified traffic and leads, supporting community sales goals.
- Manage and continuously improve the digital ecosystem, including website performance, SEO, online reputation, third-party listings, and social media strategy.
- Develop compelling, on-brand content for digital, print, and in-person channels that showcases homes, communities, culture, and values.
