Del Mar Vacations is seeking a Director of Marketing to drive the execution and performance of all marketing functions across two primary audiences: homeowners and guests. This role will own homeowner demand generation in partnership with the Director of Homeowner Revenue, focusing on inbound and outbound strategies, demand generation channels, and delivering sufficient demand volume and quality to support sales targets. Additionally, the role will drive guest demand and booking interest in partnership with the Director of Guest Revenue, overseeing paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, social media, and channel-level campaigns. The Director of Marketing will also serve as the steward of the Del Mar brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, lead and develop the marketing team, manage the marketing budget with a performance-first mindset, drive data-driven decision making through analytics and reporting, champion digital marketing and technology (including AI and automation), and lead community and PR efforts.
