To help achieve this vision, we are seeking a Director of Marketing who will architect and execute a forward-looking marketing engine that fuels growth, increases digital presence, and elevates our brand across all acquired businesses. The Director of Marketing will build and lead the marketing function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with hands-on experience who thrives in scaling traditional businesses into modern digital organizations. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, operations, and acquired companies to create a unified marketing vision—while implementing the systems, processes, and campaigns needed to dramatically improve lead generation, brand consistency, online visibility, and customer engagement. This leader will be both visionary and practical: pushing innovation while ensuring teams adopt best practices that align with our operational realities and customer-first values.
