About The Position

Reprise is seeking a forward-thinking B2B marketer to lead the marketing function. This role reports directly to the CEO. Reprise is the category leader in the demo automation/demo environments space, addressing the increasing complexity of products due to AI. Our customers are sales leaders in F500 to F50 enterprises with sophisticated software products. The company is backed by prominent investors and was recognized as a Top 50 Startup by LinkedIn. The Director of Marketing will work closely with the founding team and will be instrumental in driving the company's AI-first GTM strategy. This is an execution-and-leadership role for an individual eager to redefine B2B marketing in the age of AI, focusing on AI-first tools, processes, content, and data.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in B2B marketing with a clear understanding of the traditional B2B marketing process to enable disruption.
  • Demonstrated AI execution, with experience using multiple AI tools and agents in parallel.
  • A strong aesthetic sense in both prose and layout for effective communication, serving as a foundation for AI automation.
  • High 'wattage' - the ability to think several steps ahead and learn/act quickly.
  • A 'Get Stuff Done' (GSD) attitude, with a focus on execution and data-driven strategy.
  • Ability to work directly and respectfully with a team that values humor.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve pipeline targets in the millions per month.
  • Own marketing performance end-to-end across content, demand generation, ABM, events, and partnerships, ensuring efficient conversion of program spend into leads.
  • Lead the category by creating compelling content (webinars, industry research, analyst relations, website, social channels) that guides customers into the AI era of demo automation.
  • Own the marketing budget, leveraging resources and collaborating across teams for maximum impact.
  • Design the marketing program, select appropriate tooling, and operate at all levels of marketing strategy and detail.
