About The Position

We are looking for proactive, problem solving, get things done type of marketing leader who can take charge of our USA Insulation brand. One who can help our franchise owners realize growth through local, digital, social, and offline strategies, while exposing them to cutting edge marketing technologies that will help facilitate that growth. This is a remote role, however preference will be given to those in the Eastern and Central time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or commensurate experience
  • MINIMUM 7 years marketing experience
  • MUST HAVE marketing experience in a franchise organization or multi-unit business
  • Hands-on experience in local, digital, SEO, social and offline marketing
  • Experience managing agencies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task
  • Strong business writing and phone skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible/open to change
  • Organized and effective time manager
  • Travel (4-8x per year)

Responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing activities, campaigns, and outcomes
  • Principal architect of brand, lead gen, and social strategies
  • Consult with franchisees on developing and executing their marketing plans to help drive leads and brand awareness within their markets.
  • Conducts or supports marketing onboarding and training for new franchise locations, as well as provides post-launch
  • Manages a communications calendar with monthly/quarterly marketing updates and best practices
  • Helps drive adoption of marketing tools and services among franchisees
  • Trains locations on effective grassroots marketing programs such as local events
  • Works with agencies to analyze performance of local marketing programs
  • Responsible for driving brand reputation score goals
  • Handles other duties as assigned, including but not limited to providing marketing support to other departments when needed, processing monthly invoices, and generating KPI reports
