Open since Fall 2025, the hotel is owned and operated independently by Dittmar Company and functions as an independent Hilton franchise. Position Overview: The Director of Sales leads the hotel’s sales and marketing department, driving revenue growth while fostering a strong, collaborative team culture. The role focuses on strengthening internal partnerships, mentoring staff, and building long-term relationships with clients, local organizations, and strategic business partners. Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Sales plays a key role in shaping the hotel’s sales strategy and overall market presence.
