About The Position

As the Sr. Director of Marketing/Director of Marketing, you will set the vision and strategy that elevates 24 Hour Home Care and the broader TPC West portfolio as leaders in the home care industry—while staying grounded in our mission and values. You’ll lead a high-performing team and partner cross-functionally to drive brand authority, growth, and measurable business impact across internal and external channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7–10+ years of strategic marketing experience building and scaling brands with measurable ROI
  • Proven experience leading teams and executing across multiple channels and initiatives
  • Strong digital and analytical background (SEO, social, marketing automation, analytics)
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and compelling
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics; design and web experience a plus
  • A genuine passion for helping others and advancing mission-driven work

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the company’s marketing strategy aligned to growth goals and business priorities
  • Shape and steward brand strategy, ensuring consistency, credibility, and alignment with mission and values
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that promote value proposition, leadership, and key business outcomes
  • Drive acquisition and retention strategies across digital, social, SEO, website, PR, content, lifecycle marketing, and events
  • Launch, optimize, and measure ROI for Direct-to-Consumer marketing channels
  • Build thought leadership through trade shows, partnerships, and industry presence
  • Manage marketing operations, budget, and performance tracking to ensure strong ROI
  • Develop scalable processes, tools, and a marketing playbook to support growth across the TPC West family of brands
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a collaborative, results-driven marketing team
