California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State LA) is seeking a Director of Marketing for LA Online, a digital marketing and demand generation role supporting the institution's online learning enterprise. This position, located in the College of Professional and Global Education (PaGE), reports to the PaGE Chief Online Learning Officer. The Director will be responsible for developing the new Cal State LA | LA Online brand, encompassing performance marketing, brand positioning, and lifecycle communications for online programs targeting adult and professional learners. As a key leader in an internal Online Program Management (OPM) model, the role requires building and optimizing a data-driven marketing operation to increase qualified demand, improve enrollment yield, and reduce cost per acquisition, while ensuring institutional ownership of strategy, data, and outcomes.
