The Director of Marketing plays a key leadership role in advancing Blue Federal Credit Union's purpose of helping members discover pathways to realize their possibilities. This role guides digital and product marketing strategy, strengthens member engagement, supports product growth, and elevates the Blue brand across channels. The Director of Marketing leads campaign development, product marketing, analytics, budgeting, and team performance while partnering with internal teams and agency partners to deliver thoughtful, effective, and member-centered marketing outcomes. This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies that support Blue’s growth, member experience, product adoption, and business objectives. This position combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign leadership, product marketing expertise, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, effective, and continuously improving.
