The Director of Marketing plays a key leadership role in advancing that purpose by guiding digital and product marketing strategy, strengthening member engagement, supporting product growth, and elevating the Blue brand across channels. This role leads campaign development, product marketing, analytics, budgeting, and team performance while partnering with internal teams and agency partners to deliver thoughtful, effective, and member-centered marketing outcomes. The Director of Marketing is also responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies that support Blue’s growth, member experience, product adoption, and business objectives. This position combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign leadership, product marketing expertise, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, effective, and continuously improving.
